How long does my order take to ship?

Our products are handmade with love and can take some time to create for you. Please allow 7-10 business days to produce prior to shipping for your product to be created. You will be sent a tracking number once your order is in the mail.

Do you offer international shipping? 

We currently only ship to the continental United States. Share with your friends and family so that we can offer International in the future!

What is your return policy? 

-No refunds will be given on custom orders. All custom orders will be confirmed with you before processing. If there is an error upon completion there will be a 25% fee to remake your order. Please be thorough before confirming your order. Consider spelling, placement, colors etc.

-Done for you items can be returned for in store credit. Credit will only be given once the product has been returned and received back to us.
